That’s the quote Mia Freedman opened her article with – and oh boy – how true it is!
Upon reading it, our very own Amanda Keller couldn’t help but talk about the honesty, and heavy emotions, embedded within the words.
In short, it examines what it means to be the mother of a son who is no longer a boy, but a man.
As a mother of teenagers, Amanda related to Mia’s poignant words, which prompted her to reflect on her own experiences of watching her beautiful sons grow into smart, inspirational men.
