Remember when there was a tremendous boom in pet adoptions after COVID hit last year? People were adopting dogs and cats, left, right and centre.
While we assumed that was a positive step, we were rudely mistaken.
Dog shelters across NSW are now struggling with a heartbreaking increase in animal surrenders. NSW pet shelters are at capacity as dogs and cats continue to be dumped following the pandemic adoption boom.
As a result, our very own Amanda Keller has a very important message of ALL pet owners.
